Referral Process & Responsibilities

At Samarsol, we believe great people know great people. Our referral program helps us bring in trusted talent while ensuring fairness and accountability for both the employee making the referral and the candidate joining through it.

For Employees Who Refer a Candidate

If you recommend someone to join Samarsol, you play a key role in their journey. Here’s what you need to know:

Onboarding Support

You are expected to guide and assist your referred colleague during their initial onboarding phase. Help them understand our culture, tools, and processes.

Progress and Mentorship

Offer mentorship and support as your referred colleague settles in. Address concerns about their learning or adaptation with your guidance before escalating to management.

Shared Accountability

You share responsibility for the professionalism and work quality of your referral. If issues arise, you may be asked to provide guidance and correction.

Fairness and Integrity

Only refer candidates who are a genuine fit for the role and our company culture. Transparency in referrals is essential.

For Employees Who Join through a Referral

If you’ve joined Samarsol through a referral, welcome to the team! Here’s what’s expected of you:

Learning Responsibility

Your referring colleague will support you, but it is your responsibility to learn our tools, processes, and culture actively.

Performance Standards

You will be evaluated against the same standards as every other employee. A referral does not mean special privileges.

Professional Conduct

You must follow company policies, work professionally, and collaborate as a team member. Misconduct will be handled according to company rules.

Support System

Your referring colleague will help you during onboarding, but your success and growth are ultimately your responsibility.
